Ongoing trial: You may wish to evaluate your activities during the day.  Are you straining your back in some of the activities?  Carrying a child in your arms?  Are you driving long distance to/from your work?  It might be a good time to try some stretching activities if the first step bloodwork looked ok.  Obviously, if issues persist, a second look as to what could be the source of this pain is required.

Spotting: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit for headache.

Trapezius: You are describing the pattern and attachments of the trapezius muscle.  This may be a muscle strain or overuse injury.  If you are working out too much to heavy you may need a break.

Physical exam: Does your pain worsen when you twist your back?  If so, it could be from facet joints.  You would need to see your doctor for an evaluation because a number of things could do this including kidney stones or even aortic dissection (unlikely, but it wold be  an emergency if you had this)... It's most likely something not so serious, though.  I hope you feel better.

A few possibilities: Your symptoms and their location could be consistent with problems in the back muscles (strain or fatigue), lung issues (infectious or congestion), and less likely but still possible urinary tract (infectious).  You've probably tried conservative things like heat, ice, Tylenol, (acetaminophen) and drinking fluids.  Now, it's time to make an appointment with your doctor before things get more complicated.
