i've noticed that from mid chest area blue veins and progresses to my nipples. also i have tender breast & my nipples now hurt, should i be concerned.

Hormone related: Most likely hormone related.  Breast tenderness before a period is very common.

Ovulation: The ovulation of your egg happen usually at that time and causing those symptoms. If spotting continue better see u gynecologist.

Symptoms: I am sorry to hear about your struggle. Unfortunately, you're not alone. In that case, psychological issues should be ruled out (stress, depression, etc.). Also, strange as it is, i believe that there may be some toxic substances you are exposed to in the food you eat especially if it is full of preservatives, additives, gmos, etc. It may be worthwhile to go more organic.

Treat symptoms: The flu like symptoms that you are describing may be due to a number of viral causes, including COVID 19. Stay home, rest, drink fluids and treat fever with Tylenol. Contact your PCP to arrange COVID 19 testing. Use nasal saline rinses and discuss treatment for bacterial sinusitis with your PCP or with Healthtap during a virtual visit.

i was diagnosed with bronchitis a little over a month ago. the doctor put me on antibiotics. the cough has gone away but i have been having chest and upper/mid-back soreness for about 2/3 weeks. i recently developed a sore throat with blood in phelgm?

Bronchitis: It might be a separate infection/inflammation of the throat, but also it might be something more serious involved. (unlikely the pain in the chest to be secondary to the coughing effort). I think a rapid strep test and a CT scan of the thorax would be indicated for the differential diagnosis.

Not ovulating: The pill works by preventing ovulation so unless you are taking it incorrectly you should be ok. Breast tenderness may be a side effect of the pill but should then improve as you continue the pill. It is not a sign of ovulation.

If you are touching : If your nipples are being touched during intercourse the increased stimulation may cause pain.pain is also more characteristic of the second half of the cycle.

If : If your pain is severe enough that you don't want to touch your breasts, you should go see a doctor.  Causes for your discomfort could range anywhere from pregnancy to shingles and you need an exam to know how to properly treat you.  Good luck!
