Not lymphedema!: The fact that it is regressing is assuring.  Muscle spasm can cause this, but you have no pain.  Can't answer your problem.  But it does seem benign.  See your pcp if it persists.

See a doctor: I don't know exactly what your question is, but 2 broken toes, by themselves, shouldn't cause swelling up to the calf. There may be something else going on, and this should be investigated by a doctor. It could be serious, like an infection or a blood clot.

i got injured my knee, & the time of the fall. i heard a pop. there is swelling and lumps on the side of my knee, bottom shin & top of knee. the pain is getting worse its sharp, aching pain that comes in waves or constant feels its in mid knee area?

: It is impossible to diagnose the results of an injury to the knee based on just this description alone. It certainly is clear, however, that the knee needs to be looked at. X-rays or other test may be necessary. I would proceed to an emergency room or an urgent care center. Use cool packs on it intermittently while you are heading to get help. Good luck.

in mid july,  i was diagnosed with otitis and prescribed amoxicillin. the pain and swelling went away, but not the hard lump on the side of my neck directly under my ear. i've not had a cold or flu in over 6 months. what could be causing the knot?

Hard lump: Persistent hard lump on the side of the neck needs to be evaluated with physical exam.  It may need to be biopsied or removed.  Suggest you see in person an ENT specialist for evaluation at your earliest convenience.

It does not make the issue any less serious, but may need a different approach. You may wish to consider consulting a psychiatrist for evaluation and advice.

Hard to say: There are conditions of the spine such as degenerative disc disease that sometimes cause pain with immobility, such as when a patient is sleeping at night.  There are also non spine problems that can cause back pain.  For example, patients with reflux disease can have symptoms when they lay flat that is relieved by being up,  thank you for the question.

See details: It is impossible to know without being able to examine the area. However, sternomanubrial joint inflammation can occasionally be seen in ra. That could explain it. Speak with your rheumatologist.

Spleen. : The spleen is located in the region you have described. When the spleen grows, pathologically of course, it tends to grow down towards the belly button, though.  If concern exists, you'd need a CT scan of the abdomen.

No: If you have not other symptoms except at the bite, it is a local reaction...Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Hydrocortisone cream.
