Proteinuria: You have proteinuria (p) and the first thing is to have a 24 hour urine collection to see the amount of protein in your urine and to assess your kidney function. Have a renal ultrasound to assess kidneys' size depending on the p, i would send off blood for aso, anca 2, complement C3 and c4, hiv, hepatitis b antibody to see if a cause could be found for the p, if not a kidney biopsy may be needed.

: It means you urine is too concentrated at the time of urine collection and you do not have ABNORMAL microalbuminuria which is defined as urine microalbumin/creatinine is less than 30. Please note that microalbumin is also present in urine of people with normal kidneys. Take care.

Kidney issue.: Your numbers do suggest that there’s some impairment of your kidney function.  Now realize that kidney issues can cause hypertension but can also be a result of longstanding hypertension, so the exact etiology of your kidney issue has to be elucidated and a “chicken and egg” analysis has to occur.

Microablumin: Microalbumin is albumin proteins that leak into the urine from the glomerulus of the kidney.  Associated with endothelial dysfunction and can be an early sign of atheroscerosis.  Diabtetics are prone to makeing microalbumin.  A benign cause can be acitivity in a younger person.

Creatinine in a samp: It is the quantity of urine in a small collection of urine.  By dividing the amount of protein in this sampel by the amount of creatinine, we estimate the amount of protein a person would urinate over a day.

This is normal: Creatinine is normally excreted in the urine. The concentration of creatinine by itself means nothing other than the kidneys are doing their job. 

Blood creatinine will tell you better how well the kidneys are working.

Check again.: These readings seem more like those in serum although they are far below normal levels for Albumin and above normal for creatinine.  The normal levels are 3.5-5.0 g/dl and <1.5 mg/dl for serum Albumin and creatinine respectively.  The urine protein levels are <150 mg/day and creatinine is 1.0-1.6 g/day.  The normal range of urine output is 0.4-3.0 l/day.   These are low normal at most so recheck.
