: No.
Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.

One glass: You are already taking a couple of sedatives. Combining with alcohol can be dangerous. Would limit to one glass a day max. If you need more to relax then maybe you need to look into other techniques like exercise, yoga, stretching, meditation etc.

Depends: There is no reason to wait any time between taking a beta-blocker and a glass of wine, as long as you are limiting your wine consumption to 7 drinks/week in women (and older men, twice that in men). Wine makes some people flush and get lightheaded, and beta blockers can do the same thing, so if you are drinking 2-3 glasses of wine on one occasion, shorter acting beta blockers (inderal) should wait.

Varies per person: The way each person responds to medication varies, but yes it is possible to get side effects after being on the medication for months. Usually we would hope that your body will adjust and that the side effects will decrease. Did your doctor increase your dose? Are you taking it consistently? If the side effects are bothersome, please see your doctor.

: Metoprolol can cause an increase in fatigue, especially when it is first taken. But, often after it is taken for a while, this side effect does get better. So, if the metoprolol is needed for a serious condition, the fatigue in all likelihood will be temporary. If the fatigue is severe, a different med can be given. Good luck!
