Everyone: In my opinion, if anyone is in emotional distress a referral should be made.  This becomes particularly important if the person is homicidal, suicidal, or cannot perform the normal activities of daily living.

When problems show: Referring a soldier for mental health is appropriate whenever performance, behavior, or relationship issues arise.   Nipping problems in the beginning is the easiest and best way of preventing mental health crisis. As a provider with the Air Force I saw many who were referred too late --so the earlier, the better. Problematic drinking, relationships, and discipline issues are all good reasons.

Yes: A little time with a parent who has been away counts for a lot in a child's life.  I can't imagine a better surprise for the child of a soldier.  Nor can i imagine a more rewarding experience for a soldier.

PTSD: The symptoms of ptsd include flashbacks (bad memories that happen out of the blue or from a small trigger that feel like the event is actually happening), nightmares of the trauma and an increased feeling of edginess (either more irritable or more nervous and scared, also called hyper vigilant). Other symptoms can include difficulties relating to others and episodes of dissociation.

Good start: Viagra (sildenafil) is one of several fda-approved drugs to treat erectile dysfunction (ed). The first step is to discuss your ed with your doctor, as it may be a clue to other health issues. A drug like the "little blue pill" might be a good first treatment, as long as you're healthy enough for sex and don't take nitroglycerine. Ten-hut, soldier!

Many reasons: Headaches can be associated with stress, with sleep deprivation, with medicines, with some foods, with viruses and other infections, and many other causes.  You say you're fit...Good!   you can be fit and still have any of the above problems.  Have you seen your doctor for  an exam yet?

Absolutely: Firstly, flat feet are not necessarily poor functioning feet. Wearing supportive shoes and orthotics will help alleviate symptoms from poor functioning feet.

Gross hematuria : Visible blood in the urine is called gross hematuria and it always needs to be investigated. Your husband is young and it is unlikely he will have a serious pathology but it is better to be safe than sorry.  He needs either Ultrasound or preferably CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis, urine cytology, and cystoscopy( scoping of the bladder)

Amebiasis: Seems like Amebiasis. Get stool examined, take Tineba/Metronidazol. Watch food and drink contamination.

uh so, is it normal for like. ur brain to jus. hurt really bad when ur holding movements back? cus some people told me its tics cus it happens. quite a bit, also with involuntary mimicking of people and im quite confused?

: I have been treating patients with CBIT and my patients have told me that when they redirect the impulse to tic into a more socially acceptable behavior it hurts but with continued practice and when time has passed it gets better.  It would be good if you get help from a Clinical Psychologist trained to use CBIT.
