not a problem: A little wine as part of your normal dietary intake is not a problem and it will not interact with Methylprednisolone in any problematic way.

Mixing medications : There should NOT be a problem mixing those two medications    The methadone is a narcotic and the methpred  is a steroid (which should be for a short time anyway)

Inhaler?: Ask him if you would benefit from a bronchodilating inhaler like albuterol. This can open the airways for some people with bronchitis, reducing your symptoms.

Steroids &amp; sugar.: Steroids will raise the blood sugar, sometimes to alarming levels.  Check it often throughout the day,,and make sure it comes back down once you're off the steroids. Keep your regular doctor informed as well.

: It could be if you are taking a high dose.  However if the bruising is a recent change, you should consult your doctor to rule out other causes.

Stop the methylpred: The steroid is making you hungry and it is difficult to stop those effects without stopping the drug.

my son was prescribed methylpredisolone & amoxicillin, broke out in rash after completing 6 days of methylpredisolone.  which one caused the reaction?

No way to tell: Since they were given close together no way to tell for sure but likely if it was the medication the more likely is the amoxicillin.However it may be neither but the illness itself could have caused the rash.

Better to heal: When the body is focused on overcoming an illness, I always believe it is best to 'do the right thing' and support the body. Drinking alcohol will work against you, as it is a toxin and could weaken you in a dose-related fashion. Azithromycin (Z-pack) has a long half-life and steroids are serious business. I would recommend to skip the alcohol and if socializing, go for the 'virgin' options.

i am on 5 mg of escitalopram and i have cough with mucus, so the my doctor prescribed me azithromycin 
z pack) and methylpredisolone 4 mg dospak. 
last night i skipped taken my dose of 
escitalopram. is it ok to take all the above medication?

Depends: There can be an interaction between escitalopram &amp; azithromycin which can affect the heat rhythm but this is usually only a problem in people with a history of heart problems or those taking heart medications. 5 Mg of escitalopram is a low dose so if you have no heart issues it should be safe, but make sure your prescribing Dr is aware.
