It may take a few years, but it really does terrible damage. No way to know exactly what garbage the producers of the stuff threw in and what unintended debris just happened too. If you get over it, good - if it seems worse, go to ER.

Go to the ER : You may need to seek immediate medical attention.  Go to an ER to be evaluated. The use of stimulants can cause vascular problems and you may be bleeding internally. Even just one time use can be fatal. Don't smoke meth... It will kill you!

Don't repeat!!!: "Black stuff" in vomit is usually from blood (it turns black, often resembling coffee grounds, when blood contacts stomach acid).  You should see a doctor because bleeding into the stomach is potentially serious.  You need to tell your doctor about the meth and any other drugs or alcohol that you have been using.  Black vomit will be the least of your worries if you continue using meth.
