Throat: Can you elaborate as usually people buy the otc medicine to alleviate the cough and metallic taste. I cannot think of any drug that is otc or not that has the symptoms you describe.

Gum disease? : A metallic taste in  your mouth can be a sign of gum disease. You should see a dentist to get this evaluated. Other symptoms of gum disease are: 
• red, swollen, or tender gums
• bleeding while brushing, flossing, or eating
• gums shrinking or pulling away from teeth
• persistent bad breath.

i had a clear fluid running out of my nose when i leaned forward. i'm not sick and don't have a cold. it was spontaneous. have a metallic taste in the back on my throat?

Clear fluid: This can happen with allergy or infections.  A more serious but much more uncommon cause could be a spinal fluid leak.  This can occur after head trauma, previous sinus surgery or spontaneously.   If this persists , get checked by ENT.

Many possibilities: Could be from infection of teeth, tonsils, gums, throat.  Could be from a bleed.  Could be from change in diet.  Could be a systemic problem such as diabetes.  Please see both your General Dentist and your General Physician for examination.  Further tests may be in order.

Nosebleed?: The metallic taste points to the presence of blood and it sounds that you may have a sinus infection. See doctor.

Yes Possibly: However at your age, unless you have a string family history of heart attacks at young age i wouldn't be so concerned.  Most likely its heartburn/gerd, but to really sure i would speak with your doctor further about this.

Unlikely: Those symptoms are very unlikely to be cardiac in origin especially in a 32 year old.

Dr. can check throat: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin can lessen pain.

Metallic taste : Ate you taking any antibiotics . You might be experiencing some kind of viral or bacterial infection if the upper respiratory tract . Also it could be a candidiasis . Are you taking any medications now
