Blood transmitted: Diseases would not be likely in above circumstances. A visit with your doc would still be advisable, making sure you are up to date on your tetanus and the wound is healing well, as a wound infection is always possible.

Metallic taste: Sometimes people have a sense of smell as a symptom prior to or associated with a seizure.  I am not aware of an unusual taste, although taste and smell are closely related.

I cannot think of any neurological conditions that cause this, but some medicines cause this as a side effect.

Itching can be: related to systemic disease.  Liver disease can cause increased bilirubin which can lead to diffuse itching.  Dysgeusia (or the metallic taste) can be caused by a lot of things, including medications and different disease processes.  I would recommend you go see your primary care doctor to get checked out.

Possibly: The dry eye and mouth may be symptoms of either primary or secondary sjogren's syndrome. Raynauds can also be seen in sjogren's or other connective tissue disorders. If possible, see a rheumatologist.

Is it real?: Based on a fad for overinterpreting spot creatinine levels, every young man who's well-muscled is now being diagnosed with "chronic kidney disease", much to the chagrin of both the lab medicine and nephrology communities. Demand a proper diagnosis before you get turned into a kidney patient.
