Could be normal: Most women produce more mucus after their menstrual cycle. The increase coincides with ovulation around day 14 give or take a few days. If the clear discharge is not smelly, itchy, discolored , or irritating don't worry. 
If other symptoms arise make an appt with your gyn.

Discharge: Vaginal discharge requires an examination to determine the cause and treatment. Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause and often has a vaginal odor. Vaginal itching can be a sign of a yeast infection. Sometimes vaginal discharge can be a sign of a sexual transmitted infection. Testing is important to determine the treatment and keep you and your partner safe.

Gi: It may be your stomach infection that is the source of your cramping.  Drink plenty of fluids.

Possibly: Pregnancy is always a possibility.  Obtain a home pregnancy test.  They usually become positive at about the same time the next expected period. If it's negative, repeat it in a week.

Possibly: Mid cycle pain also called mittelschmerz is associated with ovulation. It is often seen in women with regular cycles. It is generally mild, unilateral in location and lasts from a few hours to a few days.If you are not sure, i'd urge to talk with a gynecologist for further evaluation.

No big deal: It means your hormones are a bit out of whack, possibly due to stress, minor illness,  lack of sleep, or just normal teenager fluctuations of hormone levels. It's nothing to worry about. Sure you'll be back to normal within a couple of months

Irregular menses: Irregularity in your menstrual periods is not at all uncommon and can occur for many different reasons.  Am not sure what 'foreplay' means to you, but if semen was involved in any fashion and was near your vaginal opening, whether or not there was penetration of the penis you can become pregnant.  This is not a likely cause of what you are experiencing, but thought you should know.

Menstruation: Close to ovulation you might get those symptoms. Not all women ovulate on the 14th or 15th day of the cycle as thought. If your period comes every 22 days for example, you might ovulate around cycle day 10 or 11 and you might start getting those symptoms you are refering. It depends on how long your cycles are (ruling out any infections of course).

Nabothian cysts: These mucous laden cysts line the outer portion of the cervix and burst from time to time, releasing some fresh blood and--you guessed it--mucous.  The cysts are, generally, considered benign (e.g. Non-cancerous).  Of course, there are other things that could cause such symptoms as well (e.g. Polyps, more sinister lesions on the cervix, etc..).  If symptoms are persistent, get checked.

Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. During your exam the doctor can test for infections that may be causing the discharge
