: Drink enough to pee every 6 hours and you are okay. If you longer than 8 hrs you are starting to be dehydrated, mort than 12 and you are more so. Some foods hive significant fluid content and helps hydration, I was 106 today here and has been high for a week, however we have air conditioning in most homes/buildings which I here is unusual in UK. .
