Yes and no: Those hormone levels are in the normal range (showed you ovulated).  But since you asked if it's 'ok for fertility', the average likelihood of pregnancy success (take-home-baby in a 47 year old is 2% at best. I hope this information helps.

Gonadotropins: Great question! In general, meaning if given to large numbers of women, the answer is "no they are the same", equal numbers get pregnant. Sometimes (sometimes!) one or the other may perform better for a specific woman; this is something to discuss with a doctor who knows you well. Many reasons: Typical pregnancy rates are 15-20% per cycle.  Reasons are myriad and include tubal blockage, pelvic scarring, and sperm fertilization.  The majority of pregnancies occur within 3-4 attempts then recommend ivf.  Good luck!

Yes--delay it: Menopur recruits more follicles and stimulates them to grow.  The more follicles you make, the higher your progesterone level will be.  If you make a very large amount of progesterone, then you can delay your menses.  You won't get your menses until your progesterone level falls below a threshold value.

Yes, unless advised: Most couples doing IUI cycles with ovulation induction medications should have intercourse 2-3 x a week to cover you if you ovulate early, and to 'keep his sperm specimen fresh'. With injectable medicines like Menopur you have more potential to make too many eggs than with Clomid (clomiphene) / Letrozole tablets, so your clinic will monitor you and tell you not to have intercourse if you over-respond to shots.

Need hCG: You usually need the hCG to trigger ovulation with hMG (Menopur) because the estradiol (E2) level gets high enough that an LH surge is not possible. To have a spontaneous ovulation your E2 needs to be in a range not-too-low and not-too-high, usually with hMG it goes too high.
