i exercise, take supplements for menopause symptoms but am still finding no relief.  i am having all the symptoms and my husband is getting inpatient with me about lack of sexual intimacy.  is there a magic pill out there for woman?

No magic pill: Sadly, no magic pill. Menopause symptoms can be individually addressed. Vaginal Dryness= estrogen gel, hot flashes=black cohosh, mood swings=antidepressants, hair loss= biotin supplements. Many couples find that sexual relations in this time of life are less focused on climax and more on pleasure. Explore different ways of pleasuring each other.  Talk to Dr about symptom relief. Be persistent.

Hot flashes: Symptoms of menopause can include hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, and fatigue. Emotional symptoms can include mood swings, irritability, anxiety, depressed mood, panic attacks and difficulty concentrating.  There can be vaginal dryness and drop in sex drive. Fibroadenoma: Fibroadenomas are a fairly common benign breast tumor in all women. They can increase is size in response to estrogen. This can be seen in pregnancy for example. They may shrink in size in menopause due to a lack of estrogen. They can occur in estrogen deficient states too.

Mom w/ SLE, lo mood: I'm sure it is extremely helpful to your mom, to have such a caring daughter. Your love and support are surely paramount to your mom, and are things that her docs cant begin to give her! remember to take good care of yourself, as caring for a loved one can cause our own emotional stress. You may want to encourage your mom to talk with her docs about her mood symptoms, which are common in SLE.

how can i help with my  wife's  menopausal lack of sleep?just finished chemo for ovarian cancer  couple mo. ago and had a hysterectomy back in  march.

By taking to the doc: Give support to her lack of sleep may be due to anxiety, due to her cancer, which is not unusual, speak to her may need medications .She may even need help , you may have to take her to a psychiatrist., it is part of treatment.

estrogen pessary and progesterone cream, can both be used together to alleviate menopausal dryness and lack of libido? or is it dangerous combination?

D/w doctor: Vaginal estrogen cream is usually the treatment of choice for women who have only vaginal dryness, if other symptoms occur then systemic hormones with estrogen and progesterone- ( only if uterus is still intact)- are used.  A pessary is a device insterted in the vaginal to hold up a bladder or tissue that has fallen down and it does not have any hormones. Women with multiple childbirths may need.

does mild to moderate prolapse (no uterus)  cause vaginal dryness or is it caused from lack of hormones during menopause?

Hormones: The most common cause of dryness at this stage of life is menopause related.  If the tissues are so prolapsed that they are exposed to the outside this may contribute to dryness also. Often estrogen cream is very effective for the dryness.

Not the test: Rather good evaluation by your doctor, seek a second opinion or even third opinion, it's your right, i suggest also evaluation by a psychiatrist, wish you wellness
