Yes, but....: It would be considered "premature menopause".  It is very unusual to go through menopause before 48 y/o. The average age in the us is 52 y/o, but many women start at around 48 y/o and others don't start the menopause until well into their 50's. Menopause at 36 y/o wouild be considered premature menopause and should be evaluated by your healthcare provider.

Too young: Premature menopause is defined as signs of menopause before age 40.  However, just because you are not having your period does not necessarily mean you are in menopause.  There are many other causes for loss of period at your age, including pituitary tumors.  You should see your doctor for evaluation.

50: The average menopause in the us is 51.3 years old and is associated with an elevated fsh level.  80% of women have associated symptoms like hot flashes, vaginal dryness, fatigue, insomnia, etc.  Interesting, 20% of women have no symptoms.  You may want to discuss the pros and cons of hormone replacement therapy (hrt) with you gyn.  Good luck.

Yes,but: You have reached an age where the experiences of your lifetime have taken a tole on the quality of your eggs. The risks of a bad outcome vary with your general state of health but are never less than the 4% that comes with any pregnancy plus 5% risk that you will have an infant with a chromosomal defect like down syndrome. This would be a good time to discuss the issue with your OB & a geneticist.
