Right knee pain: Hello. Have you ever tried Voltaren gel or Flector patches (diclofenac)? These treat dull, aching, throbbing pain. Have you tried lidoderm patches or lidocaine gel? These are used for sharp, stab, burn, pins/needles type pain. These gels and patches have to be prescribed.
Do you wear any type of knee supports? Sleeves, braces. This can help stabilize your knees while your left knee is healing.

is it ok to play rugby 4 days after an second degree mcl and meniscus tear little swelling some bruising i have a brace it dosent hurt that bad?

Not ideal: Braces do not provide protection at physiologic loads. It might help with walking, but not at heavy loads such as rugby. I recommend you hold off until you are pain free with full range of motion. 4 days is a bit too soon for a grade 2 mcl sprain. Could take up to a month.

The meniscus is a C-shaped cartilage structure that sits between the femur and tibia. One on the outside/lateral meniscus and one on the inside/medial meniscus. hey there, i went skiing yesterday and ended up skipping on ice and twisting my knee. there is no swelling or bruising. the pain is on the right side of my knee cap and hurts to extend. not sure if its just a sprain or meniscus tear?

Conservative : Use ice, elevation, immobilization, even an OTC knee sleeve, and give it a few days, BUT if persistent symptoms, best to have checked out by orthopedic surgeon.
