Wow!!!: You are on a lot of medication and although it is a lot to just see it also depends on the reasons for the use of these medications and whether just one physician ordered them or more than one provider ordered the meds. Insomnia : Try taking your meds in the am but the only problem of taking Dramamine nightly is tat your body will get used to it and it will stop working. Good Luck

Generally yes: There are a number of cautions with the melatonin including be careful if you have a seizure disorder, glaucoma, hypertension, diabetes, depression, seizure disorder, or are taking an anticoagulant or have a coagulation disorder. It should not be taken during pregnancy or lactation. Liver dysfunction is another situation where caution is urged. People on medications that go through the cyp1a2 enzyme in the liver are to discuss this with their physicians before they take melatonin. In general it has an enhancing effect when taken with other sedatives including antihistamines.
