Urinary frequency: The steroids in the Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pack can cause your glucose levels to increase which can in turn cause frequent urination.  Be careful of your glucose and carb intake while taking this medication and make sure you stay up to date with your fasting labs. Good luck

Would not repeat: If the cough persists this long and did not respond to the initial course of prednisone, i would not repeat it. Get a chest x ray.

Steroids: Oral steroids indicated for acute short term relief. Overuse can result in severe gastric issues as well as adrenal suppression. Best to see a physician for diagnosis.

Normally shouldn't: The Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pack is a tapering dosage of oral steroids for a short term treatment of inflammation somewhere in the body. Such a short course of steroids should not usually affect the eyes directly (longer term use can cause increased eye pressure and cataract). One possibility is that the blood sugar has increased (diabetes) which can affect vision rapidly. You may need an exam to be sure.

See below: Corticosteriods will make all pain go away, but these are not be used for just any pain.  They are reserved for certain conditions such as autoimmune diseases because of the extensive side effects that these medications have.
