Confusing: Nyquil is designed to be taken and night and not to keep you awake.  There are available similar preparations to take during the day which are calibrated not to cause drowsiness.  Most pharmacists can help you choose an appropriate medication for your needs.

Side Effects: Although wellbutrin (bupropion) generally has a stimulating effect, some who take it do experience increased drowsiness, and this symptom may be more noticeable if you have just begun taking the medication, as your body is trying to adjust, or if you are not consistently taking your medication. Yes: People can react differently to medications. But I have seen patients who were less anxious after taking atarax and were not tired.  I think I would fall asleep if I took atarax.

Cough: Chronic cough can be caused by a number of things, which can include asthma, reflux, and postnasal drip.  It is best to see your primary care physician for proper evaluation.  You may need to have chest x-ray and/or pulmonary function test done.

age 54.. covid positive. started rotacap beclate 400 mcg via rh bid. its making me week. my oxygen level is 96-97. temp normal. can i stop rotacap. have taken twice. plz advice. im taking medrol 16 mg as well. plz advise. thank you?
