Side Effects: Although wellbutrin (bupropion) generally has a stimulating effect, some who take it do experience increased drowsiness, and this symptom may be more noticeable if you have just begun taking the medication, as your body is trying to adjust, or if you are not consistently taking your medication. Discuss this symptom with your prescribing physician, who can advise you on how to proceed.

It can occur: Insomnia can occur in 10% or more, depsite normally having a stimulating effect.
