Psychiatrist: If you are concerned about several different issues, it is a good idea to speak with a psychiatrist about your medications. Stimulant meds are most often used for adhd (concerta) and ssris (for example - zoloft) are most commonly used for depression and anxiety.

Abilify (aripiprazole)?: It looks like you might be asking about abilify (aripiprazole)?  This is a newer antipsychotic medicine that can sometimes be used to augment antidepressant effect when needed.  Also in low doses, it can help anxiety that hasn't responded to other interventions.  It isn't something i would recommend long-term for any non-psychotic use, though.

Still, whole foods diet, meditation, tai chi, some herbals, aromatherapy and classical homeopathy can be helpful.
