Glare usually clears: It can be caused by residual error, I usually wait 4 to 6 weeks to evaluate this.  It is caused my swelling.  It often improves at several months.

Custom LASIK: Custom lasik, is in my opinion the best technology available.  Instead of using the refraction (which is better 1 or 2) it measures thousands of points across the visual system giving a treatment that is precise to each person.  The benefit is the ability to obtain better vision than can be achieved with the best pair of glasses or contacts and a comparative reduction in night time glare.

Yes: Yes.  As long as you are good candidate for the procedure, your vision should be corrected.

Probably not: The odds are very low and are dependent on your age when you have the initial procedure and the type and amount of the initial correction.

Yes: Your uncorrected vision after lasik should be excellent if it was excellent with glasses and/or contacts prior to the procedure.  This uncorrected vision counts in regards to the dmv.

Resistant?: When you say lasik resistant, i assume you mean not a candidate? If that is the case, thin corneas, high prescriptions, corneal irregularities/scarring and other ocular health problems can be reasons why one cannot get lasik.

Ocugold and Lasik: Ocugold is a multi vitamin supplement with ingredients specific for eye health.    Assuming your lasik was uneventful  the supplement is just for general eye health and NOT to help healing.   Taking ocugold won't hurt you.    Good Luck

Minimal residual: A very good outcome indeed. A residual 0.25 spherical diopter correction following LASIK is a minimal correction and is not necessary to have further correction by lasik.
