: It means there something in your upper left lung field x-ray appear hazey and looks like may contain calcium which means they have been there for awhile. I cannot comment further with out seeing the X-rays myself (I am from Missouri) and talking to you.  I would ask where you were born, do you spelunk or have you cleaned chicken/bat houses or ever been exposed to TBC or had prior pneumonia?

I assume: you are referring to a chest xray?  "Suspicous densities" is not very specific, but it sounds like you have abnormal findings(e.g. mass,nodule,infiltrate,scarring) that might require further evaluation with a CT scan or other tests.  Talk to your doc about what the results mean. No way to tell based on limited info how serious it might be.  Take care.

xray in 2019, result says suspicious densities are seen in right upper lobe, had an apicolordotic view and came out normal. xray in 2020 result is the same this time left upper lobe, apicolordotic result normal again. no history of lung desease?

: Did you have a TB skin test and was it negative? Densities in the upper lobes are suspicious for TB, inactive or active, but normal apicolordotic views are reassuring. In females sometimes long hair causes upper lobe densities which would be artifacts. If you still have concerns, consult a pulmonologist &amp;he/she will advise you about further testing like chest CT scan,etc.

If you are: talking about a chest xray finding, usually this means a lung scar(from prior infection or trauma) or a small region of atelectasis(collapse), often seen in asthma exacerbations and similar acute processes.

It most likely: refers to an inactive Tuberculosis infection...in many areas of the world a quite common finding however 
your  Primary Care Provider might wish you to have additional testing and possibly some (preventative) medication!  Ask him/her!!

Need more test: Xrays are notorious for missing diseases of the lungs, if i were you id ask my doctor for a cat scan, a referral to a specialists or go get a second opinion, most of the time its nothing.

why is non tb mycobacterium occur again when a surgery on the left lung is done , now its on the right started medicine. ?

Needs abx: Imagine the lung as a sponge filled with air in which the pipes comunicate with each other; the non-mtb travels from one piece of the lung to other. Surgery is for the most affected lung but you need antibiotics as well.
