There shouldn't: be any seasonal allergens or commercial or prescription drugs in your Shakeology shakes.  However, nutritional supplements are generally not necessary for good health nor are they sufficient. It could be: Or it could be one of hundreds of other different causes of tremor, including a number of therapeutic medications that having tremor as a side effect, or many movement disorders that can cause shaking hands.  With all you gave me, that's about all I can give you.

See psychiatrist: Your depression will not improve with medicine alone - that is a fact.  You must have therapy.  Furthermore, the medicines must be dosed according to symptoms and side effects and health maintenance must be involved.  Therefore, you must follow up with a primary care physician or psychiatrist for the medicine and therapy for the actual resolution of the depression.

will drinking chia seeds in my protein shakes cause a false positive on a drug test?

Highly doubt it: Chia seeds are very healthy (see https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/patientinstructions/000727.htm)
Searching online I saw one report of someone claiming chia seeds caused then to test positive for opiates, and saw that a colleague here states chia can cause positive tests- but she didn't give a reference. I see no other evidence or reason why chia seeds should cause a false positive test.

i'm  getting gastric bypass  jan 7 th and i'm taking the shakes  to prepare for surgery  but i have a bad night cough can i take cough medicine ?

Reflux vs. infection: Notify your surgeon immediately about cough or see primary care physician. If not treated your cough can cause delay in doing surgery, unless it was addressed before.

Hello, : Hello, i can't predict that. However, if she has an infection accompanying the gallstones and a fever; it may be causing something called rigors. Usually once the temperature normalizes, this would improve.

im in xareltro, my doctor didnt explain it very well, i know i cant have grapefruit, but can i have like coconut water and protein and protein shakes, im trying to stay fit and healthy but dont want to mess up my medicine either. vitimans?

: Unless you have a specific deficiency, routine vitamin usage is not necessary. Xareltro does not get in the way of maintaining adequate nutrition whatsoever. Eat a varied, good nutritional diet and you will meet your needs adequately. Good luck.

i am a 61 yr old african. with a history of stroke in 2017. i had a seizure in july and another in august. i am now on tegretol400mg,tocovid, nerovite-forte,aspirin which i started on the 20th of november. noticed hand shakes, is it the drug?

Doubtful: Unlikely that tremors are from that combination. See your neurologist for eval of new pathology, or other cause then get treatment program to resolve

Why?: Who knows, since no one knows what's in them and they are only studied scientifically if people get sick or die after using them. Plus, they won't help you lose weight, gain muscle or anything positive, although your wallet will lose weight. Save your money, and your health. Learn to eat and exercise properly for the rest of your life. Don't get medical info from friends, tv or the internet.

are boost shakes better than ensure

Both are good: Both ensure and boost have about the same number of calories (250) as well as more in the plus varieties.  Both suppy good amounts of protein, and can be used if you are lactose intolerant or need a gluten free diet.  Cost and taste could be a factor, and are both better if chilled.  My patients seem to like them both about the same. Consider carnation instant breakfast if money/taste is a concern.
