Ovarian cyst: hemorrhagic cyst is functional physiologic cyst for ovulation that bled inside. your body should absorb the blood in 6-8 weeks. observaton and repeat ultrasound in 8 weeks should suffice. weight reduction is always a general health benefit.

Seek care: If you're due date was May 15th.... then you are way over due to deliver a baby.  Or do you mean your period was due on May 15th? If the latter, then you're having an abnormally long period.  I would seek medical attention to make sure that you're okay.  3 weeks is a long time to bleed for and you need to make sure you're not anemic. In addition, could be polyp, fibroid, thyroid, weight as cause.

during one of my consultation with a gynaecologist, tranexamic acid was prescribed for heavy bleeding so also i am to use clomiphene because i'm trying to get pregnant. is it safe to use both drugs together?

: There is no problem using both drugs. The clomiphene has a hormonal effect and stimulates ovulation, whereas tranexamic acid is non-hormonal and has a direct effect on bleeding and blood clots

Consult your GYN physician about low dose oral bcp's, which will stop ovarian production, and decrease the proliferation of endometrial implants in the abdominal cavity, and painful cramps,  while also preserving fertility when/if desired.

Anti spasticity : She may be developing flexion contractures, but spasticity could be the underlying issue.  Several drugs might be considered including standard muscle relaxers, such as cyclobenzaprine.  Better yet, might be baclofen, tizanidine, even dantrolene.  Botox injections could help.  Seek a rehab doc such as a physiatrist.

However, the effects of a small amount of bleeding in the brain of young person can worse than in elderly, whose brains have shrunk &amp; don't get the high pressures.
