Don't Rx a lab: A uric acid level that's a bit higher than the reference range isn't something that you want to complicate your life by trying to manage. It simply lets your physician know that joint or kidney problems may be gout. Drink plenty of water so that your urine stays reasonably light and clear. Your physician can decide whether your current rx for birth control is the right one. Ignore "pop" advice.

Depends : Depends on the medicine. Some we use are just to decrease the inflammation (prednisone, indomethacin) whereas others(uloric, allopurinol) are for uric acid. You don't want to start the ones that lower the uric acid levels during an acute flare they' ll initially prolong your flare.

Yes: There are certain medications available to reduce uric acid levels (allopurinol, uloric). There are no medicines available specifically to control cretinine levels but treating the underlying disease (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc) may improve your creatinine.

See below: Evaluating lab results without knowing medical history and medications is imprecise. Creatinine 1.4 may or may not indicate mild renal impairment. More precise test is estimated GFR. Trace albumin may indicate microvascular 
changes in glomeruli, especially if diabetic. Uric acid 7.7 is slightly elevated&gt;&gt;Rx= wt.loss, reduce alcohol, increase low fat dairy, reduce meat, increase complex carbs

Check diet, kidneys: Can't tell here.  Could be diet related, including hydration/fluid atatus; could be other issues.  See your doc.  Excess protein, especially animal protein can increase uric acid levels, as can high simple sugar load, and alcohol.
