A member asked:

Can you tell me is there any effective medicines to control the uric acid and creatinine levels of kidney patients or diets.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: There are certain medications available to reduce uric acid levels (allopurinol, uloric). There are no medicines available specifically to control cretinine levels but treating the underlying disease (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc) may improve your creatinine.
