Oh yes: An osteotomy of the hip will likely be painful and your surgeon will likely give a fairly strong prescription pain medication.  Certainly, different people feel pains differently.   A positive outlook can significantly improve patients' perception of their pain.

? Injury: There is not one specific medicine to help you heal faster.  It also depends on what happened with the hip dislocation -- was there also a fracture?  Did you have surgery?  Was there a cartilage issue?

Follow your doctors recommendations.  But in general, get plenty of rest and eat a healthy balanced diet.  If you are a smoker, you need to stop immediately.

Maybe alcohol: I'm not sure that rock stars have higher rates of hip replacement than the general population or that it is publicized when it happens. But if they do alcohol may play a role.  Excess alcohol may be linked to avascular necrosis of the hip causing femoral head to collapse requiring hip replaced.

for one year i took saaz, tizan 2 and indocap sr (only when in pain)
now i am facing severe pain and these medicines don't work any more please guide me what to do?

See an endocrinologi: Other considerations may include Terparatide, prolia. Less effective may include Calcitonin nasal spray

Exercise instead: try some situps or crunches to improve your core muscles.  Don't run or do strenuous exercise until you are improved.  Ibuprofen or naproxen can help if your stomach can take it. Heat is helpful.

Hip: It's important to determine if the problem is bursitis or if arthritis of the hip joint. If hurst with direct pressure on the side possible bursitis amenable to easy injection. As far as medicine if your kidney function normal a week of ibuprofen 800mg 3 times a day could help
