Yes.: Most any food can cause an allergy problem in people prone to food allergy.   Date palm can cause a specific allergy to it's fruit and can also cause oral allergy syndrome due to cross reactivity with grass pollen.

Red palms: Check to see if you have a fever and if your soles are red too. You may have an infection.

Go right ahead: I amazed from the questions posted here how many people think they need to be detoxified. If your liver, kidneys and gut are all healthy, your body does a great job cleaning itself. I've looked at a lot of guts over they years and if you've not eaten for a few hours everything except for the distal colon is empty. There ain't no retained waste to flush out. Sorry.

Depends: If you know you are allergic to a food it is probably best to avoid that food. However if you have only had some mouth itching or tongue itching, the allergy could be what is called oral allergy syndrome and should not cause any other issues. Please see allergist for future evaluation and advice on what medications you should carry/ take in the case of an allergic reaction

Irritation: In the absence of itching, irritation from the shampoo is the more likely answer. A contact allergy to the shampoo does not show symptoms until 24 to 72 hrs later and is often associated with small blisters and intense itching.

Medication?: An allergic reaction to a medication will often be the cause of itching of the palms and/or soles.  If there are no new medications, then i would try to control the symptom by using a non-sedating anti-histamine such as claritin, (loratadine) Allegra or zyrtec.  If the symptom continues it might be time to see an allergist.

: What is your reason to not get tested? A simple blood test can settle the issue. Untreated syphilis can have serious consequences years after infection. Get tested.

your rash on hand could be due to contact dermatitis, an allergic reaction to chemicals that you came into contact with, or it could be what is called dyshidrotic eczema, a blistering disease of palms and soles. It is more common in occupational settings, with atopic dermatitis, and on contact with irritants such as chemicals and allergens. Less exposure, barrier creams are helpful.
