Dishidrotic eczema?: Good morning, your rash on hand could be due to contact dermatitis, an allergic reaction to chemicals that you came into contact with, or it could be what is called dyshidrotic eczema, a blistering disease of palms and soles. It is more common in occupational settings, with atopic dermatitis, and on contact with irritants such as chemicals and allergens. Less exposure, barrier creams are helpful.
