Mgt: I would suggest a chest radiograph  and ruling out pneumonia. You can be tested for viral and bacterial causes of your illness.
If you have nasal congestion, rinses your nasal passages will help to reduce post nasal drip.

U shoudl ask your OB: As your OB has specific meds to recommend, buti tell my pts, plain Robitussin (guaifenesin) and throat lozenges are fine, and extra vit c 1000 mg  a day and sometimes u may need antibiotics if it is not a common cold.
