Urine culture: Simple uti's can often be cleared by taking one dose of certain medications. Have a follow-up urine culture and if negative, stop the medication.

Still effective: After multiple vomiting episodes prescribing antiemetic medications, especially prescription ones, is definitely worthwhile. If these prove ineffective, hospitalization for IV fluid administration is mandatory to avoid or treat dehydration and other potential serious issues like electrolyte imbalance, kidney failure, etc.

Counseling: I would see a good psychologist first.  Medication is not a panacea for all things.  A trained psychologist will be able to sort out possible causes and recommend therapies which may, or may not include medication.  I would pursue this asap.

Pray: I presume this is a male relative of yours.Some people deal with the depression they have by taking dangerous substances to excess.As much as you love him, it is hard to change people's behavior.If you were older I would recommend a support group. In the meantime I think you should talk to your mom about your concerns and see if all of you can get counseling.AA or a therapist might be able to help

No: Stopping masturbation should not cause any medical illness, however it may aggravate prexisting stress  or anxiety

Possibly: I assume that you are pregnant to ask this question. All medicines have "side effects" that might affect the baby in the womb. You should check ths out with the doctor who is prescribing the medication.

Not likely: There has been some concern about the relationship between Clomid (clomiphene) and ovarian cancer.  There is no conclusive evidence to support this link and is likely ok.  Howeever, many reproductive endocrinologists do not recommend prolonged use of this drug.
