Sweet sweat: hard to know for certain why, but if sweat taste sweet, it would be a good idea to see a doctor to  perform a diabetes test

Probably normal: Not much.Perspiration can be normal even in an infant.If she is otherwise healthy-ok.

Not known: Ketone test strips are for urine testing.  If it is used under armpit not sure what that would mean.
Get a physical and labs to ensure your good health.

Botox: Not really much you can do to change the smell of your sweat but some believe diet may play a role: garlic, etc.  The use of Botox is quite effective at decreasing sweat production in general if it is excessive and thus can decrease the smell.

You're fine: I think this is perfectly healthy. People in love may enjoy one anothers' as well.  We do require one another to keep body smells to a minimum, especially in the workplace. You can lose your job for 'bo' and nobody will tell you why. Olfaction (smells), memory and emotion are all handled by the same brain systems -- and a co-worker's natural scent signals may be a distraction.

Likely certain foods: Certain foods make mores smells than others-it is the compounds are known as volatile organic compound produce some particularly pungent sweat.Asparagus,broccoli and junk food especially.Some individuals DNA also play a role in what comes out in sweat and urine.

Night sweats: There are numerous causes of night sweats....medications, thyroid disorders, anxiety, sleep disorders, certain infections, etc...  Please see your doctor to get evaluated.

Moisture,odor: There could be an anal fissure or low grade inflammation of the rectum(proctitis) causing the moisture and odor. Lack of pain or blood is a good sign. Try warm soaks, pat dry and apply anusol. Wear white not too tight  panties. Keep bowel movements soft by taking a stool softener like colace daily. If symptoms persist consult a proctologist or colorectal surgeon for evaluation and treatment.
