GI issues: Generally not much. That is a relatively modest dose. The greatest risks are GI issues (ulcer, bleed, gastritis).

Motrin: The dose depends on the age & the condition it is used to treat. For example, for an adult with arthritis, the dose is 400-800 mg. Every 6 to 8 hours. Lower dose is advised for patients with kidney or liver problems.

Fever: Do you have any other symptoms such as sore  throat,cough,rash,diarrhea,urinary symptoms? If not and nocturnal fevers continue for over a week, it's time to see your physician for a complete examination and various testing which include blood and urine cultures,possible chest xray,etc.

Yes but...: You'd be better served rolling a frozen water bottle on your heel, stretching your Achilles' tendon, and wearing shoes with good arch support. Take the Motrin if those don't help as directed on the bottle. A 5-day course is what I would do but be careful as that med can irritate your stomach and raise your blood pressure.

: It is fine to take the Motrin; however the cocaine is inapproiate. If cocaine is something you have addition to or seek to use, please seek appropriate treatment. Calling your local ER department to find out services and programs in your area would be helpful for you.

Yes: You didn't mention what problem your child is having, but, in general, Motrin (ibuprofen), a pain reliever and antiinflammatory does not have any cross reaction with claritin, (loratadine) an antihistamine.

 evaluation, follow-up and advice about treatment options. This.may include physical therapy, surgery, pain management consultation. Tens unit, epidural corticosteroid injections, anti-inflammatory meds or pain relievers may be prescribed. At your age get the best care.
