Yes: You didn't mention what problem your child is having, but, in general, Motrin (ibuprofen), a pain reliever and antiinflammatory does not have any cross reaction with claritin, (loratadine) an antihistamine.

It is generally safe: It is safe to give Claritin (loratadine) and Motrin on the same day, but if you are having to do so, i would recommend seeing your pediatrician first.
