Usually the next day: Once you are feeling better it is fine to go the the movies.  You should still take the eye drops and artificial tears as suggeted by your surgeon.  Most  people are ok to go the the movies in the next day or two after surgery.

No: Colorblind is a condition that people are generally born with. It is not a complication of lasik surgery.

Yes if you must: Would wait a few days until your eyes are more healed before resuming smoking.  But you can resume smoking after lasik or be in a smoky environment.  Of course, there are too many reasons to list here that you should stop smoking, as smoking is bad for your eyes (think macula degeneration) as well as the rest of your body.

Vision, dryness: Most lasik surgeries do extremely well with the apparatus well worked out into its fourth generation of improvement.  The two major things seen are a final refraction not perfect (usually a little near sighted) and dryness.  If it is strongly desirable to improve the vision to perfect an enhancement procedure can be done.  Dryness is treated with drops and frequently lessens over time..
