They don't work: The miracle creams or rubs promoted as helping this process are not effective. The only way to get back to perky is surgical enhancement.

and go on your breast and medication creams makes it disappear could it still be cancer even if it goes ?

Cancer rashes persis: Cancer is rare in your age group. Skin involvement is usually a late stage and persists despite medications. Consider contact irritants from clothing or other sources with such an intermittent rash.

Accepted Answer

Breast mass: MRI: MRI's are very sensitive and can show benign masses which may correspond to fibrocystic components of breast tissue.  If the MRI also showed clusters of calcium granules, see a surgeon for review of the MRI and possible biopsy.

i have a lot of fat on the sides of my breasts/under armpits. off & on i experience discomfort on either side then it goes away for a few weeks then returns. no masses felt and pressing on it doesnt make it worse. main exercise is walking?

Hard to say: If the sensation comes &amp; goes, it may be that the area is being rubbed somewhat when you swing your arms during walking. You might consider trying a different type of bra which has broader sides &amp; softer material.  
   If you do feel a mass at some point or there is significant redness, or pain that does not go away, definitely need Dr exam.

Tan-white.: Compared to the surrounding normal breast tissue, which is pink and yellow-white, malignant breast tumors are typically tan-white in color and very firm to the touch. They grossly have an irregular, stellate (star-like) appearance, and may be gritty when cut. The tissue fixation in formalin typically used in breast biopsies will enhance the differences between the tumor and the normal breast.

Need more workup.: Please keep working with your doctor - the workup is not yet complete.  Breast pain is not normal.

You may need a breast health consult and further imaging such as a breast MRI to complete the evaluation.

Probably OK: Standards for mammography results recently changed, with expert guidelines now advising that patients be informed if dense tissue makes it harder to see small abnormalties. However, the risk of this usually is very low. If you are at special risk (e.g. strong family history of breast cancer), your insurance may cover MRI to assure all is well. Discuss with your doctor and/or the radiologist.

there are 2 discrete masses in the lateral left breast that demonstrate contrast hyperenhancement and are intensely fdg avid. these measure 3.2 cm and 2.8 cm in axial dimension, suv max 29.5. is this serious?

Normal: It sounds like a mammogram report. Detection of masses on a mammogram is easy in women whose breast tissue has been replaced in various proportions by fatty tissue - which happens with age. Denser breasts means there is less fatty tissue and more fibro-glandular tissue, more common in younger women, or older women who take hormones. A mass is easier seen in breasts that are not dense.

These are: relatively small however if it were me I would request excisional biopsies (remove and examine) This, of cours, depends upon ability to LOCALIZE exact position and ability to excise with minimal destruction of normal tissue NEEDLE BIOPSY could provide that method  CONSULT WITH a BOARD CERTIFIED BREAST SURGEON!
