 Most likely this a large hernia in area above the belly button, which can cause a swelling in that area, without flexing. It can become larger with coughing or sneezing.

Cysts : Cysts in the ovary are very common in young woman. I am unclear if you have a mass in your stomach in addition to the cyst, or you believe the mass in your stomach is the cyst. If the latter is the case then that would be a pretty large ovarian cyst and would need to be removed. If not then this mass needs to be investigated. Make sure your doctor explains what they found and what the treatment plan is.

Exercise & protein: Any vigorous exercise will do; weight training may be more effecive. It is not feasible to target fat loss to a particular area, you will need to reduce your caloric intake while maintaining protein intake of about one gram/kg of body weight and exercise.

Possible stomach Ca: Symptoms must be present to have ultrasound of stomach and liver.  At this point PET/CAT essential to show the nature of stomach and liver lesions and possible mets elsewhere.  If gastroscopy shows stomach cancer, at 49 gastrectomy needed.  Bx of liver will show if lesions are malignant.  Post surgery, chemoembolization or Yt microspheres given to liver followed by specific chemotherapy.needed.

Kidney & spleen: It might be a lower pole of the spleen or left kidney, stool. Needs to be followed up.

Stress?: How is your stress level.  This symptoms you mentioned are suggestive of a stress disorder . This sounds like irritable bowel syndrome but there is much more to consider. See your doc and have the doc evaluate your body and listen to your symptoms .

Maybe a hernia: At age 20, a tumor would be extraordinarily unlikely, and a hernia would be more likely. An abdominal wall muscle spasm can also feel like a lump, and is also associated with pain. Best to see a primary care provider for a more complete evaluation. Hope this helps!
