stomach tightened up and it felt like something rolled up to my ribs under my skin, visibly looked like a mass rolling..was painful, what is it???

Stress?: How is your stress level. This symptoms you mentioned are suggestive of a stress disorder . This sounds like irritable bowel syndrome but there is much more to consider. See your doc and have the doc evaluate your body and listen to your symptoms . Best wishes.
