Also there's dysregulation in pot smokers' lung epithelial cells.

How did you conclude: How did you conclude that?  Have you done an extensive literature study?  And if such a study (most likely would have been retrospective in nature) has not been done it does not mean that smoking marijuana is not harmful.  Your line of reasoning is very similar to arguments I hear from others that use marijuana about how "it is not harmful " in other ways also.

Potentially: Unfiltered smoke contains chemicals that can promote the development of cancer, regardless of whether it is tobacco or marijuana.  Putting a number on that risk is difficult because it depends what kinds of paper are used, and what additives are included when rolling these. This is just another reason to never use tobacco or marijuana.

ive been suffering with depersonalization for a week or two after quitting marijuana but the thing is that its an on and off type of deal what are some causes that can trigger these symptoms and how can i overcome my depersonalization?

: A thorough assessment will be needed by your primary care doc as marijuana is known to cause or induce such states. However, other conditions cannot be ruled out. Otherwise a poorly understood condition that may last for months, also categorized under cannabis induced depersonalization-derealization syndrome.
