Steroids: There is some association of use the medication and body's steroid level but you must stay compliant to it for breathing appropriately. Steroid levels can affect weight but it should not be very significant in most cases. Keep an eye on your weight and discuss it with your physician if needed.

Unknown: Not tested by the fda as it is a food supplement.  Be careful.  Many products that make these claims are sham products and some can be dangerous.  I don't know anything about this particular product so i can't comment on its clinical effectiveness. Make plans to discuss any nutritional supplement with your physician as many 'weight loss' products can be harmful to the kidneys and liver.

"Spot": Macula, which is short for macula lutea or "yellow spot", is the central portion of the retina.  The retina is the light-sensitive membrane that lines the inside of your eye.  The macula is the part of retina that is responsible for the majority of your vision.

Malaria pills: Check with your local health department they get updates from the cdc bi-weekly. Costa rica  has been an area where malaria prophylaxis has been recommended( my daughter has been to costa rica) you usually take a pill weekly starting 1 week before travel and 6 weeks after return. See your doctor or health department to get the medication. It is not a shot.

No evidence: Unfortunately, for most dietary supplements, there is no proof/evidence of effectiveness in treating erectile dysfunction. Best to see your family doc for evaluation &amp; proven therapies, none of which are w/o side effects, but at least have evidence demonstrating effectiveness.
