Ideal is 6-8 hours: You can use the misoprostol vaginally, in the cheek (buccally) or orally.  There are fewer adverse affects if you place the tablets vaginally.  Good evidence shows that placing the tablets vaginally 6-8 hours after the mifepristone is as effective as after 24 hours.  So the least side effects and most effective is placing them vaginally after 6-8 hours.  bleeding usually starts after 4-6 hours.

Please see a doctor: Lower abdominal pain during early pregnancy can be a warning sign of ectopic pregnancy. You really need to rule that possibility out before proceeding with the medications you are planning to use. In addition, fever can be a sign of infection, and you need to be evaluated to find out what the fever is coming from (an STD, a bladder infection, etc) so it can be treated appropriately ASAP.

They should be used together either simultaneously if miso given vaginally or 24h apart if miso given bucchally. It is effective up to 10wks but never 100% effective. That's why GYN/MD follow up is critical. Do not try on your own

Since smoking weed isn't healthy for a baby, there are also brain consequences to you as well. Consider that weed smoking may also have contributed to the decision to have unprotected sex resulting in this pregnancy, think again about its' continued use.

Urine test no suited: Urine tests are not suited to determine, if an abortion was successful, because they just tell whether or not there is pregnancy hormone in the urine, but not how much. Blood tests can detect the amount of hormone in the blood stream. In case of an abortion, the pregnancy hormone concentration cuts in half every two days. I can take days and weeks for pregnancy hormone to be cleared.

: The agents used in your question do not always cause a complete abortion, and remaining tissue in the uterus may cause persistent bleeding. See your GYN physician who prescribed the medications, for further testing (ultrasound), however pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic) may also be the cause, so obtain a serum HCG test for low levels of pregnancy hormone, and follow up with your MD.
