Right side bloating: Could be gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria or could be gall bladder or constipation.If lower right side could be appendix.   . Rarely could be kidney or pneumonia, Follow up with  doc over next 24 hours

Unlikely: The only connection i can think of would be advanced hepatits c with cirrhosis and the bloating would be ascites (fluid in the abdomen due to scarring in the liver).

Yes: I have seen that effect at times. Try stopping it for a few days ; see if it goes away. If so, ask your doctor for another brand in the same class. Sometimes the bloating is brand specific.

If symptoms are just bloating, then food intolerance reactions should also be considered.  A GI doctor or allergist can help a person distinguish between the two.

Lots of options: Gas pain can come from a wide variety of sources including diet, medication, menstrual cycles, previous surgery, stress and many many more. If the problem does not resolve, call your family doctor for an appointment.

Some doctors order ultrasound or ct scans if needed for looking inside the abdomen. The cause can be a minor problem, or if unlucky, a patient can have a very serious illness.
