i'm almost 18 weeks pregnant. i feel lots of movement low in pelvis& between belly button and pelvis. sometimes it feels like he is kicking my cervix or just super low. is this a sign i'm in the clear for placenta previa? my anatomy scan is next week?

Placenta previa ?'s: Placenta previa at 18 weeks of pregnancy is not generally going to cause problems by early "18 weeks" fetal movement.  Later in pregnancy, placental location will be important to detect by pelvic ultrasound or symptoms of early bleeding with contractions.

Weight is lost: All over the body, not just in one area like the belly.  Are you exercising?  That is an important component.  Make sure your doc thinks you are healthy enough to exercise and ask him/her about what food plan to use, probably low carbs.  Please focus on who you are as a person, which is more important than waist size.  Peace and good health.

Constipation, crohn : Lower abdominal pain in men is often due to constipation. Other causes such as pain originating in bladder, and rare chances of crohn disease, and stones in bladder need to be considered.

Abdominal pain: Though this can be something trivial, it should be evaluated by your doctor or in the er to make sure this is not appendicitis.

No regional loss: Unfortunately it is not possible to create regional fat loss by any method.  Best bet is nutritional weight loss diet with aerobic  exercise.

No short answer: A number of possibillities,  if he does much lifting he may be straining the muscles.  He may have a prostate infection (that's often back pain though).  He could have diverticulosis (pockets in the intestine) and they may get obstructed and/or infected at times(more often left side).  Also chronic appendicitis (right sided) is a possibility although the medical community disagrees on of it occurs.

Urine infection but: Other causes like bladder stone, urethral inflammation / stricture, and prostate enlargement / infection are possibilities. If does not resolve promptly, need to see your doc.

Left groinswelling: May be a hernia. Alternatively may be an infection like lymphogranuloma venereum - though the swelling would likely be more constant. F/U with MD/urology

Gas from pants: may be an indication that your pants are too tight for you.  See your doctor to make sure you do not have a medical condition.  Also, you may be eating foods that are hard to digest, e.g., too  many raw vegetables and fruits.  Peace and good health.
