Male/Female : There are significant differences between males and females beside genitalia. Males have larger hearts/lungs, longer/stronger bones, higher muscle to fat ratio, and overall larger size. Females have larger livers, stomachs, thyroid glands, kidneys, better night vision, lower blood pressure and live 5-7 yrs longer.

Muscle contraction: When you ejaculate you bulbocavernosum muscles contract. These can sometimes cramp and cause that pain. It is not dangerous unless you are having other symptoms.

If : If the above treatments did not work, then you may be dealing with a bacterial infection (cellulitis). This would require antibiotics. See a doctor in order to make a diagnosis and give appropriate treatment.

: In certain sitting positions e.g. riding a bike the prostatic area can get irritated and give symptoms like yours. It is not prostate cancer. Stop reading whatever source you read for it is scary garbage . Always ask your doc. It is not classic prostatitis  with that you would not feel better when standing and you would have the symptoms all the time. modify your sitting position and use a cushion

can a 24 yrs old male get prostate cancer? was on cipro (ciprofloxacin) for 1 month for prostatitis, now stopped. burning in urine and ejaculating on perineum area.

Not cancer, but...: You're got one of these prostate-discomfort problems that's likely to be a challenge to treat. Cancer doesn't act or present like this and at your age tne odds are basically zero, but you owe it to yourself and anybody special in your life to get managed. Good luck.
