Illusion: Fat pad is like a collar around base of penis. If you push down on fat pad at edge of penis with one thumb and pull on the glans with your other hand you will see that the penis remains its usual length. Consider a regime of diet and excercise or a prepubic lipectomy of you or your partner think something needs to be done.

Nope: Short of surgery, when your penis becomes erect, the size will not be influenced by any method. Be gentle, use lots of lube, provide good foreplay and look out for her needs first. If you do all that, there is no reason you should want or need to shrink your penis.

A related note: anabolic steroids can shrink your testicles. DON'T do them.
