Moles: You may have seborrheic keratosis and not moles. The exact cause of seborrheic keratoses isn't known. They are very common and generally increase in number with age. They tend to run in some families, so inheritance may play a role.
Moles also run in families and are genetic.

Not normal: A mole should not itch, burn, bleed, or weep fluid.  It should never be painful. If it is any if these, please seek the attention if a physician to biopsy or remove the lesion.

Could be: Any change in a mole is concerning. If you have a family history of skin cancer that would make it more worrisome.  Get it looked at and likely biopsied.

Gray Hair: The graying of the hair is more of a genetic issue and not related to the moles. That is the hair in that region may be predisposed to gray in your case. For most of us the process is more diffuse. The gray hair is not a sign of the mole changing to a skin cancer.
