If over 50, there may be some osteoporosis--but that is generalized--not a &quot;focal destructive process.&quot;  Who ordered the X-Ray?  Have you followed up with him/her?

If you are content with your current lifestyle,do not worry; however, if you feel that you are being judged by society, I suggest speaking with a behavioral therapist for CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy.I would also suggest a GYN exam and evaluation of your female hormone levels.

Hard to say: An initial approach would include an x-ray of your wrist/hand to identify your growth centers. If they suggest a bone maturity more like a 12 yo you need an evaluation of your growth hormones. If more like 18 or older, your growth centers have closed &amp; you are unlikely to grow taller. Good nutrition, sleep and good health support normal growth.

Don't combine.: If you're asking if you can take NyQuil AM and NyQuil PM at the same moment, the answer would be "no".  It would be too much of the similar ingredients therein if you took them both together.

Go see your doctor: Tell doc who prescribed your schizoaffective medication about your hallucinations. It's more likely that your hallucinations are a result of disorder & not due to medication. More importantly, rather than take one medication to stop side effect from another, stop playing dominoes & get best medication for you.

Exercise: We encourage any exercise, but to see effects in weight or muscle strength, exercise needs to be consistent, steady and regular.  Measures of improvement could be weight, strength, body circumference measurements, percentage body fat, endurance.   Working out 10 minutes every day for three years should show some benefits.
