Pretty similar: But not precisely the same.  Elemental magnesium has a positive charge to it (technically a +2 charge) so the only way to get it into a pill form that you can take orally is to mix it with something that is negatively charged so that the resulting compound is neutral.  Chloride and citrate both accomplish this.

Yes: The amounts that are in your multivitamin, so it is safe to take an additional b-complex and magnesium chloride.  The question really should be if you need to take these.  There are certain conditions for which it is a good idea to take a multivitamin or even higher dose vitamins/minerals/other supplement, but many people don't need to take anything additional over a healthy diet.

Magnesium: Some patients with this condition do better with the addition of magnesium but some don't. I think trial and error in individual cases is the best policy. Potassium is the mainstay for this condition.

Different salts: The usual magnesium supplements are oxide salts.  Mag citrate works as a laxative. The different salts have different effects on the body.  If you want to take a supplement, you would take magnesium oxide.  Good luck!

Mostly normal. Lung?: The electrolytes look mostly normal. The CO2 (actually bicarbonate) level is slightly high, which may be "just you" (no significance), or may be related to some developing lung or kidney problems. In any case, I wouldn't look to the electrolytes as being the cause of VTach. The problem probably lies elsewhere (lung is possible, as is heart disease).
