Yes: Not sure why you would want to take magnesium chloride but it won't hurt an ulcer.

Magnesium: Yes it is safe to take magnesium. Why do you have peptic ulcers? The most common cause is an h. Pylori infection that is treated with antibiotics. Gastroenterologists are the specialists who can help you find out why you have ulcers.
